Tuborg Classic is a bottom-fermented Vienna beer, which was introduced in celebration of Tuborg's 120th birthday in 1993. It was the first beer in Denmark to bear the name ‘classic’, and it’s been a true classic ever since, becoming the third best selling brand on the Danish market.
It is brewed on lager, münchener, caramel and colour malt, which give it a slightly grainy, caramel-like aroma with underlying notes of blackcurrant. It goes well with veal, pork, chicken, grilled fish and classic dinner recipes with beef. You'll also enjoy it with pasta dishes with tomatoes, root vegetables and mashed potatoes. Danish and white cheeses, fried herring and smoked mackerel.
Serve at 5-8 degrees.
