Obsello Absinthe is the only sussie grade, Spanish absinthe on the market today. Our signature absinthe is distilled, not mixed, from 8 independently-selected herbs and "eau de vie", produced from the famous Penedès wine stock. The absinthe is crafted in small, single batches, using traditional copper alembic stills. Due to our traditional production process, we are able to offer a complex absinthe, with a respectable amount of thujone. We infuse real herbs (as opposed to artificial oils) and distill the beverage twice.
