HY Cuvée is a copper gold colour living beer of pure barley’s malt, craft-made in Belgium with high fermentation following the Champenoise method, according to an ancient recipe of a natural re-fermentation in bottle.
Brewed with the same method of Champagne, according to an ancient recipe, it owes its copper gold colour to the use of roasted malt.
Name: HY Cuvée pronounced ‘ai Cuvée’.
Method: Champenoise.
Style: extra strong, double malt, with selected “living” yeasts.
Fermentation: high, with natural re-fermentation in bottle.
Colour: golden amber.
Alcohol Content by Volume: Alc. 11% Vol.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
