Colour: Dark purple-red, clear and with abundant must.

Aroma: Clean, complex with mature fruits, citrus leaves, a variety of aromas as well as those from the new American oak barrel perfectly blended into the wine.

Taste: sweet tannins, balanced, harmonic, full, thick, long, liquorice hint in the aftertaste.

Ideal consumption age: During the first three years, as long as it is kept at the right temperature and humidity without light or vibrations.

Serving temperature: 18º C

Grape varieties: Based on the local Mantonegro variety 53%, the rest being 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Tempranillo, 3% Callet, 2% Syrah and 1% Others.
