This Majella Rosé was made by partial skin contact of Shiraz grapes during fermentation, then the juice and skins were separated and ferment was completed in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in early July under screw cap to retain the fresh fruit aromas.
Pink blush in colour, the nose shows hints of strawberry confection. The wine is refreshingly light and elegant but has a hint of sweetness.
It's a wine for any occasion; serve chilled it's fantastic as an aperitif, but we reckon it's the perfect wine for a casual lunch.
