This noble wine has been produced exclusively from the best grapes in our Estate of ‘Señorío de Arínzano’, in Aberin, which were twice selected and handpicked. Very low yielding. In the property winery, the best, most updated technologic resources are used to develop the winemaking according to the most classic criteria. The barrels are new, from the best French forests. Grape varieties: Tempranillo mostly, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This limited-production wine has been made with exquisite, artisan care in the traditional method so as to keep intact all its original qualities. Tasting notes: Appealing dark black cherry colour, brilliant. Complex, intense, expressive nose, with hints of fruits, noble wood and spices. In the mouth it has a gentle attack, velvety in the palate, powerful, complex, with very good tannins and persistent. With a general sensation of finesse.
