Richard Hennessy Cognac is a blend of more than a hundred exceptional eaux-de-vie, partially coming from the Founder’s Cellar created in 1774 by Richard Hennessy, matured and surrounded by a great luxury of attention. These eaux-de-vie for the most part are from the best vineyards and parcels of La Grande Champagne, while a small part comes from La Petite Champagne, and from Les Borderies and Les Fins Bois. Richard Hennessy Cognac reveals all the complexity, depth, balance and finesse of very old eaux-de-vie, some having attained 200 years.

AROMA
Perfect balance of complex aromas of vanilla, essential floral oils, crystallized fruit, spices. A succession of aromas of delicate flowers, spices and pepper with a dominance of walnut and crystallized fruit, where the spices play in the wings without ever taking front stage. The freshness of this cognac is revealed by its scents of undergrowth damp from recent rain.

TASTE
Long persistency in the mouth, it releases bit by bit the quintessence of its taste, with insistent notes of crystallized fruit on the tongue in a harmony that nothing predominating disturbs.
