We celebrate this season in our own way. We always like to do our own literal themes which serves like a dogma for us to make new recipes. The idea of Jesus on the cross, getting fooled to drink vinegar, we thought a berliner weisse style was appropriate. Sour mashed light malts mixed with wheat to give that hazy delicate look. Added a passionate load of passionfruit to compliment the fruity hop aromas, added by generous dryhopping.
