A lot of beer geeks scoff at brown ales, thinking they are an inherently boring category of beer without much to bring. So we naturally had to take that challenge and create Morpheus - a 100% brettanomyces fermented brown ale with a lot of body and toasted notes coming from a complex malt base.

Just as our zero gravity this is a beer that evolves over time, going from a recognisable brown ale to something far more funky and complex over time.

Unfiltered, unpasteurised and 100% bottle conditioned.

Grains: Pilsener, caramunich, munich, oats, chocolate wheat, black malt
Hops: Simcoe and Amarillo
Fermentation: 100% brettanomyces
Other Ingredients: none - even though our first label falsely said we'd added sugar!
