An india pale ale brewed with: water, malts (pale, munich and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, cascade and amarillo) and ale yeast. The hops are what hops are supposed to be: aromatic, American and aggressive, and there is no doubt what you are enjoying. And your enjoyment is Green Gold’s purpose. The sweetness from the caramel malts creates a lovely background that attacks your taste buds before the hop explosion sets in, and it cleans up and balances the overall impression, making you want only one more thing - another sip.
