100% Syrah – old vines (30 years old). The Red Crozes-Hermitage is made of a combination of two Terroir: clayey-limestone hillsides and shallow sandy-clay alluvial terraces.

Closely managed, each block has been harvested at the best ripening stage. Having fully destemmed the grapes, the blocks are fermented separately. The maceration phase lasts up to 20 days. The wines are bottled after a 16 months aging period.
