Attack of The Brett Zombies was originally an attempt to make a brett barley wine (after we stopped making the ultra-sweet Zaccharine) - but people kept missing the sweetness of the barley wine so we changed the type to an Imperial Farmhouse Ale, which made the general reception of the beer much better: people started drinking it with a curious mind, instead of typecasting it as a sweet heavy ale that had something taken away from it.
It ages for 3+ months, at least one of those on oak (we prefer bourbon barrels, but it changes).
Unfiltered, unpasteurised and 100% bottle conditioned.
Grains: Pilsener, Caramunich, Wheat, Oats
Hops: Simcoe
Fermentation: Mixed fermentation: brett and ale yeast
