A blend of 1-year old Foeder sour ale blended with 20% fermented Grenache juice. This grape is a native of Spain and also prevalent in the South of France. Our wine producer friend, Craig Hawkins from Testalonga El Bandito made a wine from Grenache with this name. It was a quote from a French producer, who considered this the king of grapes. We couldn’t resist... it came out as we hoped: tart, complex, really fruity and very vinous.
