The style accentuates the fresh fruit characters of both varieties – fresh lemon zesty characters of semillon and gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours of sauvignon blanc - with the added complexity and palate weight offered by a small portion of barrel fermentation. Classically matched to seafood.

* Aroma: Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, melon and freshly cut herbs.
* Palate: A full, bright and textured palate with crisp white melon, passionfruit and lemon zest, finishes with fruit purity and persistence.

Estate and contract fruit sourced from Margaret River where gravel laterite soils predominate.

VINIFICATION
Minimal approach aimed at preserving characteristic Margaret River fruit intensity and regional character. 10% fermentation in new French and American oak used to enhance textured and complex style.
