Fermentation: This wine is temperature controlled throughout the fermentation period. After the initial period of approximately 40 days the wine is transferred into oak barrels to spend the next 18 months of its life in the cool dark surroundings of our cellar. It is then bottled and remains in the cellar for a further six months for bottle aging.

Taste: It has a deep ruby red colour with rich aromas of Blackberries, Vanilla notes of wood and various spices. Its 14% alcohol makes this wine a Monster of its Kind. A full body wine with strong tannins and a long aftertaste
