At the nose, notes of caramel and buckwheat honey with white fruits are perceived. A very complex nose with subtle hints of smoke.
On the palate, there are notes of honey and fruit with a side of grilled bread. The finish is long with pleasant notes of fruits.

Starting with this naturally pure Abitibi esker water, this beer is brewed with passion and devotion to time-honored Belgian tradition from Pilsen and Pale Ale malt, with Styrian Golding hops for bitterness and Saaz hops for aroma. The yeast that was selected is from Belgium and is a classic for this delightful blonde ale.

Pour to allow a nice head to form, and reserve the last ounce in a shot glass.
