VINEYARDS
Vines are planted on free-draining, nutrient-rich soils. Many small parcels of fruit sourced from estate and grower vineyards across the Wairau Valley add complexity.

VINIFICATION
Harvested in the cool of night and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture the fruit characters expressed by the vineyards.
