10 Cane is luxury rum created from the first pressing of virgin Trinidadian sugar cane, not molasses. It is crafted by the experts at Moët Hennessy.

WHY IS IT CALLED 10 CANE?
We start with the first pressing of Trinidadian sugar cane. Cane grown specifically to create our rum. Historically, these canes have been harvested in groups of 10.

WHY ARE SUGAR CANES SO SPECIAL?
Most other rums start with molasses; a by product of sugar production. They use cane that is meant for sugar, not rum. 10 Cane uses canes grown for the distinct purpose of making a light, smooth, better tasting rum. We hand harvest each cane and handle them ever so carefully. Why not pay special attention to each and every cane? Canes make our rum great.

HOW IS 10 CANE CREATED?
We choose to use small batch distillation in French pot stills (the best available in the world) and age our rum in French oak barrels. These barrels mellow the cane flavour and give 10 Cane its extraordinary smooth taste.
We use the best distillation equipment available. By embracing new technology, we can fine tune the temperature of 10 Cane and it ferments.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DRINK IT?
Drink it in cocktails made with fresh ingredients, if you like, neat or on the rocks.
