This natural sweet wine is produced from the best ‘Moscatel de Grano Menudo’ grapes, overmatured in their own vines in our vineyard ‘El Candelero’, in Cintruénigo, planted in 1969. The controlled development of “noble rot” on the grapes has even helped to strengthen and develop the peculiar characteristics of these grapes. Selected and handpicked by hand. The must fermented in a natural way in new French oak barrels from the best origins. During its complete winemaking, this unique wine has received the most artisan and delicate handling to obtain, preserve and express the maximum originality of these great grapes. Tasting notes: Colour of gold brilliant yellow, bright. Powerful aromas of flowers and fruit on the nose, with fragrance from aromatic herbs, dried grapes and peach, figs, peaches, apricots and honey, giving at the same time sweet, acid-bitter hints on a new oak background, which induces vanilla hints. In the mouth it is exceptional, taking Moscatel grapes to majesty, with the complexity given by the Botrytis. Voluptuous, very ‘liquoreux’, dense, enveloping, long, very persistent and well-balanced. This exceptionally unique wine clearly shows the result of the presence of grapes with Botrytis.
