NOSE

Full and round with a medium bodied weight and light, velvety texture. Some vanilla on the palate, which sways between sweet and savoury with a hint of white pepper and spice. Good length with notes of almond, vanilla ice cream and some faint almond or Brazil nut characteristics.
FINISH
Warm, with notes of rye bread, vanilla and toasted Brazil nuts. Smooth and clean.

Subtle characteristics of vanilla and white pepper which, when chilled to become a martini, develop into notes of vanilla ice cream, clotted cream and freshly baked rye bread.
