VINEYARD
Estate Wallcliffe vineyard planted between 1970 and 1972, 8km from the ocean.

VINIFICATION
Initial fermentation and skin contact are followed by malolactic fermentation, 18 months in French oak barriques (65% new) and two year’s ageing in bottle. The ‘Rolls-Royce’ treatment. (286 signs of 360 allowed)
