Ocean Klippan Porter. Efter samtal i några år med tre stycken gamla svenska porterbryggare så har ett nytt porter-recept kommit fram till bryggning. Engelsk malt - Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Caramalt och Black Malt samt en beska på 40 BU. Kommer på fat och cask till pub/restaurang inom kort.

Brewed with inspiration from two different classic Swedish recipes - one from the 80´s and one from the 90´s.
Brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Caramalt and Black Malt from Thomas Fawcett (UK).
Note: no aroma-hops, just bittering hops at the start of boil.
