When we set out to produce a sparkling Orange Blossom mead it was with the intention of capturing as much of the Orange Blossom essence -- that rich, almost tropical, floral aroma that one experiences when driving by an Orange Grove during spring bloom -- as humanly possible. We're ecstatic about the results. The varietal is effortless to enjoy yet offers plenty of complex floral orange depth to contemplate. White straw in color, bright, dry and clean.

Food Pairing: Serve with any dish that accommodates a refreshing chilled wine with floral/citrus notes, such as fresh fruits, salads...perhaps even a ceviche!
