Ingredienserna i denna öl kommer inte bara från humle, malt osv., utan där ingår även sådant som saft från fikon. Detta används i vissa typer av öl från denna region. Själva receptet kommer från bryggarefamiljens farmor som i sin tur har tillägnat ölen namnet Darbyste för att hedra eleverna till Pasteur Darbyste. 5,8% alkohol. Flaska om 375 ml.
