Kosciuszko Brewery encompasses the spirit and the inspiration of the Snowy Mountains. The pioneering explorer, Edmund Strzelecki who first ascended our highest peak, named the mountain in honour of the Polish freedom fighter Kosciuszko. We are exploring the brewing boundaries by producing an awesome ale that reflects the purity and spirit of these Australian Alps. Our original Kosciuszko Pale is a 4.5% alcohol, slightly cloudy ale that challenges the limits of the traditional Australian Pale Ale. Crafted from a blend of Pale & Munich malts, and brewed using Tasmanian grown Galaxy hops our pale ale delivers a pleasant maltiness with a refreshing fruity hop finish. Brewed for enjoyment after a hard day of skiing, hiking, fishing or just relaxing in the mountains, it’s an ale that is always in season.
