Sourced from our own premium vineyard at “Cravens Road” in Marlborough’s famous Wairau Valley this Sauvignon Blanc was picked at a range of ripeness levels for optimum flavour and complexity. Cool fermentation and a combination of traditional and innovative techniques has helped to retain all of the fruits freshness and vibrancy.

With lifted notes of cut grass and nettle on the aromatics this wine unfolds to display rich passionfruit and tropical notes on the palate and has a long yet fresh finish.
