In 1889, our ancestor, Jean Baptiste LAHERTE, created his owned label. Since then, generations have followed, with the know-how and passion being passed down from father and son. Our vineyard is spread throughout CHAVOT and its surrounding area as well as in VERTUS covering an area of approximately 8 hectares. The severity of the climate in the Champagne region requires constant vigilance and the continued use of ancestral and laborious methods on which depend the consistency and the quality of the grapes produced. This is the reason why we pay specific attention to the wine’s development, from the vine-plant through to harvesting. The grape harvest is therefore a particularly joyous moment since it draws a year of hard work, worry and rewarded hopes to a close.

Obtained by blending 3 noble grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot
Meunier with the latter being dominant and a proportion of reserve wine.
